What is PMS?

B-6 Vitamins

Research shows that B-6 vitamins are very helpful for both control of PMS symptoms and morning sickness during the first stage of pregnancy.

Researchers in the UK looked at the results of previously conducted trials. In total, they looked at nine studies that involved nearly 1,000 women. The women took either vitamin B6 or a dummy pill.
